What are your fabrics made from?
Our collections are created using high-quality East African 100% cotton, chosen for durability, colour vibrancy, and everyday practicality.
How do I care for my ZAZZA pieces?
Our products are designed to be used and loved!
Specific care instructions are included with each piece.
Most items can be gently machine washed on a cool cycle and air dried to maintain colour and shape.
Are your collections limited edition?
Yes, many ZAZZA prints are produced in small batches.
Once a collection sells out, it may not return in the same format.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
We pack your order with care in Nairobi, then Wells Fargo takes it from there.
- Nairobi: 1–2 days
- Outside Nairobi: 3–5 days

What is your refund/return policy?
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
